My Story

Apache our much loved little Jack Russell had a mind of her own,
 yet was an obedient loving little dog.
She was only nine years old when she passed away suddenly.

Our house and our lives are still empty without her, even though we
have 2 other little dogs. Indi we've have had for almost 6 years,
and Paco came very soon after the loss of our dearly loved little Apache.
She wasn't meant to be a replacement,,
but for the reason of trying to fill the house and our hearts as
Apache did.
And because Indi was fretting so much she kept withdrawing more
and more each day.. and to tell the truth we weren't much better..

Nothing will ever be able to replace our little dog, nor will the loss that we
feel ever go away.. some memories may dim but our love for her will be forever
in our hearts.

She had more personality than most humans you will meet in a lifetime.. she was funny,
smart, naughty at times, a vaccum cleaner on legs, loved getting the paper with our other little dog
and bringing in the mail and catalogues.. she also loved to go camping with us, couldn't wait to get into a car or truck but was the worst traveller you could ever imagine...

Nothinbg on this earth will ever be able to compensate us for loss of this little dog..
It might have been easier to bear if she had been ill or showing symtoms of illness..
It in all honesty for me was like losing a much loved relation, but ten times worse.

Unique Markings: white, 2 brown ears, one brown spot on lower back and a cut off tail that was brown with a white tip on the end.
Traits: sock thief, having pic taken, loved food

Favourite Toy: red rag of stretch material for tug of wars
Favourite Place: she had many.. but anywhere we were
Favourite Meal: food of any sort, chicken, cooked meat and bones
Favourite Game: tug of war
Favourite Trick: getting the paper and the mail
Type of Affection: loved littlehugs, and ears rubbed
Pet's Peeves: being left behind
Other Interests:
loved looking for rabbits,mice and lizards.. was always on a mission.. made the best of every situation, everything was an adventure because she made it so.

Cause of Passing: We think a heart attack
Type of Funeral: A heartwrenching but simple burial at home.
Place of Burial: In her favourite part of the garden, (Where she likes to bury our socks)
