My Story

He was the runt of the litter, my friend Ginnie had to raise him herself after he was neglected by his mother, she took care of him and hand raised him from being born....... Then she asked if myself and husband wanted him as she had too many cats. We gladly agreed also we were blessed with another blue cat called Minnie.

My children and I really loved him we only had him for a short while, My daughter especially loved to play with him and he loved her the most thats why he had the nickname RubyCat because that is my childs name.

He was so playful and kind always knew when I was upset he'd jump on my bed and lick my tears away he was like a best friend than a cat. He meant the world to me I hope theirs a afterlife because I want to be able too see him again tell him I'm sorry for what happened to him.

His Passing

My husband kept letting him out even though I pleaded with him that he's not like other cats. But he still let him out 2 days and he didn't come back I couldn't eat or sleep kept looking out the window the 3 rd night I just knew something was wrong I couldn't stop crying for my little special cat. We all looked then at 2am we found him lying lifeless covered with leaves the agony inside was so bad I picked him up took him home and held him I didn't want to let go. It looked like the youths had got him and smashed his skull and ribs. My little baby had tried to crawl home he was near our house. I still cry now I can't get over it. After that haven't seen my friend Ginnie she took Minnie back. I feel responseable I should of told my husband more not to let him out

He was buried along side another of Ginnie Cats who had died years previous. He ls layed to rest in Ginnie's parents back garden in Wales coutryside. We placed photos of the kids with him so he wouldn't be alone
