My Story

kwenu came to us at the age of 8-weeks, she was a Rhodesian Ridgeback,  we named her Kwenu, which means "shot of Joy" which is fitting, she definitely brought so much Joy to us. She was was so full of personality & ever so curious. We could not bring anything into our house without her first checking it out.
Kwenu's show name was "QUEEN OF THE NIGHT",  In the beginning I was interested in a show dog,
but when it came right down to it all we wanted was a good pet, & that is exactly what we got. She never would have been happy going to all those dog shows & performing, so I am glad we did not do that.
It is just amazing how well she fit with us, so much more than a pet, she was our Girl.  I have always had dogs but kwenu taught me so much about dogs it is just amazing. As i look back it is just amazing how much a part of our family she was. Now we have a "BIG' void without her, we will never forget her....
